B2B only: These Terms govern the sale of goods by AİZEN to business customers.

  2. Scope
    B2B transactions only. No consumer sales. Buyer warrants it purchases for business use.
  3. Offers, Orders & Acceptance
    Quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm in writing (order confirmation) or by shipping.
  4. Prices & Taxes
    Prices are in EUR, excluding taxes. Turkish VAT (KDV) applies only where legally due; exports are generally zero-rated. Import VAT, duties and fees at destination are payable by Buyer. (PwC Tax Summaries)
  5. Payment Terms
  • Bank Transfer (EUR) to the IBAN/SWIFT provided. 
  • Cards via approved PSP for eligible amounts. 
  • Orders > €5,000 or FCL: Bank Transfer in advance (pro-forma). 
  • Late payments: default interest at the statutory rate or 8% p.a. (whichever higher), plus recovery costs. Title to goods remains with Seller until paid in full. 
  1. Incoterms, Delivery & Risk
    Default Incoterms® 2020: FOB Istanbul (FCL) unless otherwise agreed in writing. CFR/CIF/DAP may be offered. Risk passes per the agreed Incoterms. For FCA Istanbul (if agreed), risk passes on handover to the carrier.
  2. Lead Times
    In-stock: 1–3 business days to dispatch/ready for stuffing. Made-to-order/custom: 4–8 weeks production + transit. Freight bookings 3–5 business days after readiness.
  3. Inspection & Claims
    Buyer must inspect on delivery and note any damage/shortage on the carrier’s document. Claims within 7 days of delivery with photos, serials and packing info. Do not use damaged goods.
  4. Warranty
    12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery. Excludes wear & tear, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or non-AİZEN parts. Remedy: repair, replacement, or refund at Seller’s discretion.
  5. Returns (Non-defective)
    B2B change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Standard items may be accepted case-by-case with RMA, prepaid return freight, and 15% restocking fee. Custom/made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  6. Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business, or data). Aggregate liability is capped at the order value.
  7. Force Majeure
    No liability for delays/failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, sanctions, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions).
  8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    Turkish law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Istanbul courts (Türkiye).

14. Minimum Order — Full Container (FCL)
The minimum order per shipment is one full container (20’ GP, 40’ GP or 40’ HC). Mixed SKUs allowed subject to packing/safety. LCL/parcel/pallet shipments only if expressly agreed in writing.
