  • Process orders, deliver goods, manage accounts and payments (Contract / Legitimate interests).

  • Comply with tax, customs and accounting laws (Legal obligation).

  • Direct B2B marketing to business contacts (Legitimate interests) with opt-out at any time.

    We share data with: payment processors (e.g., iyzico/PayTR), banks, carriers/freight forwarders, customs brokers, IT/hosting providers, professional advisors, and as required by law.

    We process data in Türkiye and may transfer it outside your country (including to the EU/EEA, UK, US or other jurisdictions) where our service providers are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

  • Orders/invoices & related records: 10 years (or longer if law requires).

  • Account/support data: 6 years after last activity.

  • Marketing contact data: until you opt-out or the address becomes inactive.
    We may retain minimal logs to demonstrate compliance.
