     This Policy explains how we process personal data relating to representatives and employees of our business customers, prospects, suppliers and partners who interact with our websites and services.

  • Process orders, deliver goods, manage accounts and payments (Contract / Legitimate interests).

  • Provide customer support and warranty service (Legitimate interests).

  • Prevent fraud, ensure IT/security (Legitimate interests / Legal obligation).

  • Comply with tax, customs and accounting laws (Legal obligation).

  • Direct B2B marketing to business contacts (Legitimate interests) with opt-out at any time.

  • Optional newsletters/analytics (Consent, where required).

     We share data with: payment processors (e.g., iyzico/PayTR), banks, carriers/freight forwarders, customs brokers, IT/hosting providers, professional advisors, and as required by law.
  2. International transfers
     We process data in Türkiye and may transfer it outside your country (including to the EU/EEA, UK, US or other jurisdictions) where our service providers are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
  3. Retention
  • Orders/invoices & related records: 10 years (or longer if law requires).

  • Account/support data: 6 years after last activity.

  • Marketing contact data: until you opt-out or the address becomes inactive.
     We may retain minimal logs to demonstrate compliance.

     Subject to applicable law: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to B2B marketing), and data portability. To exercise rights, contact our DPO. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local authority; Turkish residents may contact the Turkish Data Protection Authority.
