1. RMA Required
    All return requests require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Provide order number, photos/videos, serials and description.
  2. Transport Damage / Shortages
    Inspect on delivery; note issues on the carrier’s document and notify us within 7 calendar days.
  3. Warranty (12 months)
    Manufacturing defects only. We may repair, replace or credit at our discretion. Pack returns in original or equivalent protective packaging.
  4. Non-defective Returns
    Not accepted for custom/made-to-order items. Standard items may be authorized case-by-case, subject to 15% restocking and prepaid return freight.
  5. Return Shipping
    Unless otherwise agreed, Buyer bears return freight and risk (use insured, trackable service).
